    Aerial and dusk photography are weather dependent. If these services cannot be completed on the scheduled day due to unsuitable conditions, a separate return visit may be required. In such cases, standalone pricing will apply to the additional visit rather than package pricing.

    Complex designed plans may be classed as Large or Extra Large at our discretion and quoted on site.

    Dual-key properties are classed as large by default, and one side of a duplex is considered one floor plan.

Travel Policy

Travel within 30 km of Adamstown Heights NSW (our base) is included at no extra charge.

For locations beyond this, a travel fee applies calculated only on the distance outside the 30 km zone, using the shortest route on Google Maps.
