By accessing the site or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Travel & Access Policies
A. Travel Policy
Travel is included for properties within a 30 km radius of Adamstown Heights (our base).
For locations beyond this, a travel fee of $1 (incl. GST) per km round trip applies — calculated only on the distance outside the 30 km zone, using the shortest route on Google Maps.
Example: If a property is 50 km away, the chargeable distance is 20 km. 20 km × 2 (return) = 40 km → $40 travel fee (incl. GST).
This ensures time and fuel costs are fairly covered for longer-distance jobs.
B. Key Collection Policy
Key pickup is generally complimentary when arranged within the scheduled shoot route (up to 4km). However, a key collection fee of $30–$50 (incl. GST) may apply if pickup involves extended travel, detours, or areas where paid parking or access delays are expected (e.g. inner-city offices, busy commercial areas, or remote pickup points).
We’ll always advise you in advance if a key collection fee applies. Where possible, we recommend having keys on site to avoid delays and additional costs.
Operational Terms
A. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on delivery of final files and are due within 21 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a late fee or result in paused service until the account is settled. We reserve the right to decline future bookings from clients with a history of late payments.
B. Turn Around Time
Standard turnaround is up to 2 business days for photography, floor plans, and enhancements unless otherwise advised. We recommend that files are downloaded and backed up immediately. Final files are delivered via direct link or invitation through Dropbox and will remain available for up to 12 months.
C. Image Quality, Reshoots & Refunds
All concerns must be raised within 5 business days of receiving final files. A complimentary reshoot will be offered only in cases of genuine error (e.g. technical fault or missed inclusion clearly agreed at booking).
Requests based on styling changes, aesthetic preference, or messy/unprepared homes do not qualify for a free reshoot. Additional reshoots will be charged at standard rates.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to a service error. If a valid issue is confirmed, a resolution such as a reshoot or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Cancellation, Access & Conduct Policy
Cancellations
Last minute or same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the booked/quoted amount to cover lost time and availability.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice won’t incur a fee.
If weather conditions are poor, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. We also reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or would affect image quality. We will not operate in unsafe weather under any circumstances.
If a dusk shoot that’s part of a package needs to be rescheduled due to weather, a separate revisit fee will apply for the new date.
Aerial Photography
Aerial photography is subject to safe weather conditions and Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations.
If weather is unsuitable due to rain, high winds or storms, we will not be able to proceed and will suggest a reschedule for another date charged separately. We will not operate drone’s in regulated no fly areas under any circumstances.
Access Issues
A 50% fee applies if the shoot can’t go ahead because of:
No access (wrong keys, no one onsite, locked gates)
Tenants or vendors not being notified
Unsafe, dirty, or unprepared property
Active business sites with uncooperative staff or constant foot traffic causing major delays
If access isn’t possible after 15 minutes, the session will be cancelled, and the 50% fee will apply.
Please ensure everyone involved (tenants, vendors, staff) are aware of the booking time, access arrangement and cancellation fees before the shoot.
Behavioural Conduct
We have zero tolerance for aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
If this occurs, the session will be ended immediately and the full fee (100%) will still apply.
We reserve the right to refuse a revisit after any incident.
If a revisit is approved, the listing agent must be on-site for the entire session.
Usage & Licensing
All images and floor plans are licensed for single-use, non-exclusive marketing purposes related to the sale or lease of the specific photographed property.
They may not be resold, altered, redistributed, or reused for other properties, agents, campaigns, or businesses without written permission from Christopher Talevski (owner/operator of Visual Avenue).
Christopher Talevski (owner/operator of Visual Avenue) retains full copyright ownership of all content under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
Unauthorised use constitutes a breach of Australian copyright law and may result in legal action.
Content may be published on real estate listing portals (e.g. realestate.com.au, Domain), social media, and agency websites for the purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.
For any editorial, commercial, or third-party use, a separate licensing agreement must be arranged in writing.

Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the pricing, policies, and terms outlined in this document. This forms a legally binding agreement between you and Christopher Talevski (owner/operator of Visual Avenue).
This includes (but is not limited to): • Payment terms • Travel and key collection fees • Cancellation and rescheduling policies • Access requirements • Usage and copyright licensing • Behavioural conduct expectations • Reshoot and dispute timeframes
These terms are governed in accordance with Australian consumer and copyright law.
END OF TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
