By accessing the site or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Travel & Access Policies

A. Travel Policy

Travel is included for properties within a 30 km radius of Adamstown Heights (our base).

For locations beyond this, a travel fee of $1 (incl. GST) per km round trip applies — calculated only on the distance outside the 30 km zone, using the shortest route on Google Maps.

Example: If a property is 50 km away, the chargeable distance is 20 km. 20 km × 2 (return) = 40 km → $40 travel fee (incl. GST).

This ensures time and fuel costs are fairly covered for longer-distance jobs.

B. Key Collection Policy

Key pickup is generally complimentary when arranged within the scheduled shoot route (up to 4km). However, a key collection fee of $30–$50 (incl. GST) may apply if pickup involves extended travel, detours, or areas where paid parking or access delays are expected (e.g. inner-city offices, busy commercial areas, or remote pickup points).

We’ll always advise you in advance if a key collection fee applies. Where possible, we recommend having keys on-site to avoid delays and additional costs.

Operational Terms

A. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued on delivery of final files and are due within 21 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a late fee or result in paused service until the account is settled. We reserve the right to decline future bookings from clients with a history of late payments.

B. Turn Around Time

Standard turnaround is up to 2 business days for photography, floor plans, and enhancements unless otherwise advised. We recommened that files are downloaded and backed up immediately. Final files are delivered via invitation through Dropbox and will remain available for up to 12 months.

C. Image Quality, Reshoots & Refunds

All concerns must be raised within 5 business days of receiving final files. A complimentary reshoot will be offered only in cases of genuine error (e.g. technical fault or missed inclusion clearly agreed at booking).

Requests based on styling changes, aesthetic preference, or messy/unprepared homes do not qualify for a free reshoot. Additional reshoots will be charged at standard rates.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to a service error. If a valid issue is confirmed, a resolution such as a reshoot or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellation, Access & Conduct Policy

Cancellations

• Same-day or last-minute cancellations may incur a 50% fee to cover reserved time and lost availability.

• Cancellations with at least one full day’s notice are not charged — we understand real estate can be unpredictable.

• In the event of poor weather, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. We also reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or would compromise quality.

Dusk shoots

Dusk shoots are especially difficult in poor weather. We strongly recommend rescheduling in these conditions. If a return is required, the same-day add-on rate will not apply — the full standalone dusk rate will be charged as returning on another day requires a new time slot, and full travel allocation.

Aerial Photography

Aerial photography is subject to safe weather conditions and Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations.

If weather is unsuitable, we will recommend rescheduling. If the client chooses to proceed and the aerial shoot cannot be completed or results are subpar, a revisit fee will apply at the standard rate. Reshoots due to rain, wind, low light, or unsafe conditions will not be provided free of charge.

Access Issues

A 50% fee applies if the booking can’t proceed due to:

• No access (e.g. incorrect keys, no one present, locked gates)

• Tenants or vendors not being informed

• The property being unsafe, unclean, or not photography-ready

• Active Commercial premises with uncooperative staff or ongoing customer traffic that signifcantly delays the shoot.

If no one is present at the scheduled time and access cannot be made, the session will be cancelled after 15 minutes and the 50% fee will apply. Please ensure access is arranged and relevant parties are informed, and for business premises, that staff and customers are notified where possible.

Behavioural Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour. If this occurs, the session will be immediately terminated, and the full service fee (100%) will still apply.

Fine Art Prints

Print Orders & Production
All prints are made to order using premium materials. By ordering, you agree to the listed prices, specs, and turnaround times.

Payment & Shipping
Full payment is required when invoiced prior to order being processed. Australia-wide shipping is included unless stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary.

Refunds & Returns
As each print is custom-made, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once production begins. Please double-check all details before ordering. Damaged prints must be reported with photos within 5 business days to arrange a replacement.

Colour Disclaimer
Colours may vary slightly between screens and print. This is not considered a defect.

Copyright & Usage
Prints are for personal use only. All images remain the copyright of Christopher Talevski of Visual Avenue and may not be copied or reproduced.

Framing & Care
Framed prints will match your chosen finish. Handle with care, avoid direct sunlight and moisture to ensure longevity.

Usage & Licensing

All images and floor plans are licensed for single-use, non-exclusive marketing purposes related to the sale or lease of the specific photographed property.

They may not be resold, altered, redistributed, or reused for other properties, agents, campaigns, or businesses without written permission from Christopher Talevski (owner/operator of Visual Avenue).

Christopher Talevski (owner/operator of Visual Avenue) retains full copyright ownership of all content under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Unauthorised use constitutes a breach of Australian copyright law and may result in legal action.

Content may be published on real estate listing portals (e.g. realestate.com.au, Domain), social media, and agency websites for the purpose of marketing the specific property photographed.

For any editorial, commercial, or third-party use, a separate licensing agreement must be arranged in writing.

If you require ongoing, multi-use, or transferable licensing, please contact us to arrange this in advance.

Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the pricing, policies, and terms outlined in this document. This forms a legally binding agreement between you and Christopher Talevski (owner/operator of Visual Avenue).

This includes (but is not limited to): • Payment terms • Travel and key collection fees • Cancellation and rescheduling policies • Access requirements • Usage and copyright licensing • Behavioural conduct expectations • Reshoot and dispute timeframes

These terms are governed in accordance with Australian consumer and copyright law.
